SKYLINE

Hallelujah! Today was a much needed public holiday here. For me, this equated to my first full day at home in eons! It granted me a day away from having to wear makeup, from the toils of uni lectures and practicals, away from my many other commitments and finally a day to (dare I say) sleep in (although in my books sleeping in = awakening at 9:00am). Although I didn't spend the day in bed with box of chocolates in hand, catching up on episodes of my favourite shows (as I would have liked), I finally go the chance to start studying for my mid semester exam next week, catch up on some blogging work, attack the frightening load of emails in my mailbox (and drink copious amounts of my divine home brewed spice tea).
Anyway, here Tas and I both are wearing a few of our favourite picks from the current Beau in the Woods collection (from their James St store). I am digging the city slicker meets fairy gypsy vibes in this collection plus the asymmetric fringing, purple sequins and rad digital 'city' print ticks so many boxes in my books. I like anything that screams whimsical and feminine simultaneously and this collection is just that.
