Now and then I'm asked about how I go about planning and producing the content of my blog posts. I'm not sure if this is a common blogger-directed question but I have to admit, that there is very little fore-planning or such as to what I post on the blog. I wear what I feel like wearing and take photos of it when I'm out and about. When I travel I post photos of sights that I enjoyed and when I go to delightful events I take some social snaps with my charming company. However, one thing I've recently been pushing is to 'mix it up' as much as possible - i.e. to avoid the monotony of having a lot of the same kind of posts in a row. Partly for this reason, a few months ago, we shot some of our favorite, characteristic outfits, to share with you over time. These are two more of them.
I am wearing a shirt by Dominique Kraal that has already made 3 or 4 appearances on the blog. This shirt has a spiffy kaleidoscope-esque print that transcends season or trend and its lightweight fabric makes it wearable throughout (almost) the whole year.
Tasfia is wearing her favourite dress; her Gail Sorronda 'Clinic' dress which has already made an uncountable number of appearances of on the blog. Whenever we buy a pricey piece of clothing, we tell ourselves that we have to 'wear its worth'. In other words, the piece has to be versatile. This dress is the perfect example of just that. We've worn it countless times to Uni, nights out, dinners, and during all sorts of frolics about in the day time (for example, here, here and here).
