I am wearing (Fabliha): Romance was Born shirt, Friend of Mine skirt, Backstage rings, 3.1  Karen Walker sunglasses, Comme Premium shoes (bought in Korea)
Tasfia is wearing: Ksubi t-shirt, Ksubi sunglasses, Sass and Bide skirt, Deadly Ponies bag, Comme Premium shoes
Romance was Born (RWB) is a label that makes my heart flutter like no other. Just when I think I've pinned down what they're all about they come and surprise me with something entirely fresh, new and unexpected. Somehow RWB keeps getting better and better. I suppose Romance was Born's eccletic nature is part of their charm to me - that, and the fact that, despite their ever evolving nature, RWB always seems to always be true to their underlying whimsical pop culture/art inspired aesthetic.  Their new Marvel Comic inspired collection is my favorite yet, and this shirt featuring all of the coolest Marvel Superheroes is my absolute fave. I know this super cliche to say, but RWB takes Pop Art to a whole new level!
Tasfia has the same sort of attachement to Ksubi as I do for RWB - and so she had to get this new Ksubi tropical print t-shirt which she's had her eye on for a while...

T-shirts have never really been our thing, but recently, we've become enticed into their world with this Shampalove tarantula t-shirt that Tasfia is sporting. The piece of glimmering goodness that is Tasfia's Aje 'Catara cut out skirt' seems to be the perfect partner to any t-shirt; so much so that I'm super tempted to get myself a blue Catara as soon as I'm back in Oz.
On this delightful day of Valley frolicking, I wore my funky new Cameo skirt with this nifty candy coloured print that feels kind of watercolour-esque and intergalactic-esque all at once...
Happy Monday you fine creatures and stay tuned for our upcoming holidays posts!
I am wearing: Cameo skirt, Stolen Girlfriend's Club skeleton top, Backstage rings, Maniamania 'Room 341' necklace Alexander Wang bag, Michael Kors watch, Karen Walker sunglasses, Comme Premium shoes
Tasfia is wearing: Shampalove t-shirt, Aje skirt, Topshop boot, Karen Walker sunglasses, Michael Kors watch, Deadly Ponies bag

Moustache Magazine is an Australian fashion/art/lifestyle magazine that is creating all sorts of wonders. Moustache magazine online has been around for quite some time but they have just recently released their first print issue which includes an article and spread featuring Tasfia and I! We had such a fun time with the shoot and being able to meet Sam and members of the MM fashion team was super delightful! Be sure to grab yourself a copy soon because the mag actually became sold out at its  stockists the first time round. Within Brisbane, you can grab yourself a copy from Atavist (Fortitide Valley), The Gallery of Modern Art (GoMA), Happy Cabin, Avid Reader (West End) and it can also be bought online by clicking here :)

The online shop, Molten Store is my ultimate destination for jewellery/accessory searching - Jessy (from Molten Store) has the most fine eye for beautiful, unique pieces. The store stocks pieces from rad designers like Estelle Deve and Lowluv but my personal favorites are pieces by Isobel Badin and their in-house label, Molten Relic. I love that the pieces have a sense of other worldly mysticism about them. They vary from pieces that exude a gypsy/mystic vibe to psychedelic neon pieces which are kinda retro meets bohemian. BUT the great thing is that Molten Store has set up a Pop up shop on James Street this week! I've gotta say that upfront, the pieces are even more stunning - so much more so that I've been drawn in to the store three times already! Brisbane folk, I'd be quick to check out the store because things are going super quickly and it is only open until the 30th of November! And for everyone else who don't have the good fortune of being here at the moment - check out the online store!
Some beautiful Molten Relic treasures
At the moment I feel as If my life would be fulfilled if I could make one of these Isobel Badin bags mine... PhotobucketPhotobucketPhotobucketPhotobucketPhotobucket Here are some better shots of our outfits from the day - contrary to how it appears, the day was full of rain, hail, thunder, lightining and tree branches crashing to the ground - it was a miracle that I could get these shots! Thinking it would be a typical warm Spring day, I wore my fave Antipodium set and Tasfia wore her Gail Sorronda shirt that we've been frothing over for ages - Tasfia finally took the plunge and bought it as a birthday treat to herself last month!
I'm wearing: Antipodium 'Cattitude' print top and skirt, Asos sunglasses and earrings
Tasfia is wearing: Gail Sorronda shirt dress, Karen Walker 'Harvest' sunglasses, Deadly Ponies bag

WOOT! Yesterday I finished off my finals and now have a massive three month break from Uni - yahoo :D The day before yesterday, I decided to be a bit badass the day before my exam and go on one of our typical twin frolics about town. I wore this 'Birds of Paradise' print shirt from Alterior Motif, by Insight, that was nothing short of love at first sight for me. I've always loved animal prints but I think I have a (slightly) bigger soft spot for cute/funky critters and creates than most - also, being a (part) Zoology major and all. Alterior Motif always has the mind-bogglingly coolest selections from my favourite designers!
Recently we were also surprised with a delightful delivery from the lovelies at August Street, by pieces from the super new High Summer collection. I've always been a huge fan of August Street's clever color palettes and print synergies but this new collection is just so chillingly rad that Tasfia had to wear out a piece just the moment that the package arrived! She paired it with one of her top addictions, this killer Asymmetric skirt from The Front Row Shop (whose wonders you've probably heard me rave on about before)
I am wearing: Insight shirt, Shakuhachi skirt, Molten Relic earings, Backstage rings, Miu Miu Noir sunglasses, 3.1 Phillip Lim bag, Air to My Earth necklace
